Print Station Refund Policy Guide
If you experience print quality or equipment issues while using Print Station, your eligibility for a refund will be determined based on the criteria below. Refunds are processed after verifying the issue and supporting documentation.
1. How to Request a Refund
When requesting a refund, you may need to provide your payment history, store location, date and time of use, and details of the issue.
Submitting supporting materials such as photos of the printout, receipts, or error screenshots will help speed up the review process.
The refund eligibility and amount will be determined based on the review results.
2. Eligible Refund Criteria
Refunds may be considered when normal printing is not possible due to the following reasons, provided the issue is not caused by the customer.
Equipment malfunction at the store, including PCs or multifunction printers
Consumable issues such as toner, ink, or paper
Cases where Print Station determines that normal printing was not possible after investigation
3. Partial Refund Criteria
Refunds are issued as partial refunds covering only the pages that were not printed correctly, not the entire payment amount.
Pages that printed correctly and services used normally may be excluded from the refund.
For card payments, it may take some time for the cancellation or refund to be reflected, depending on the card issuer's processing schedule.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may not be available in the following cases.
More than 14 days have passed since the date of use
The issue was caused by customer error, such as unfamiliarity with the operating procedure or incorrect settings
Printing failure or defects caused by issues with the original file or document itself
Payment was made after entering the PIN without verifying the print file
The payment was not made through a Print Station store card terminal
A large print job was submitted without a test print, resulting in setting errors
Printing or transmission errors caused by external websites or third-party services
The customer voluntarily cancelled or interrupted the print job
5. Important Usage Notes
Please verify your print settings—including file, page range, color/grayscale, and single/double-sided—before making a payment.
We recommend performing a small test print before printing a large batch.
If equipment is damaged due to improper use, repair costs may be charged.
Additional supporting documentation such as photos, receipts, or printout samples may be requested to assess the refund.
Please submit refund inquiries through the customer support center or the store's designated contact channel.
